    宫内刨削系统治疗子宫内膜息肉的临床分析

    Clinical analysis of endometrial polyps treated by intrauterine planing system

    • 摘要: 目的 探讨宫内刨削系统与传统的等离子双极电切系统治疗子宫内膜息肉的价值.方法 回顾分析分别使用宫内刨削系统、等离子双极电切系统治疗的103例子宫内膜息肉患者的临床资料.并对采用2种治疗方式患者的手术时间、术中灌流液使用量、术后粘连的发生率等进行比较.结果 与刨削组相比,电切组平均手术时间更长,术中灌流液使用量更多,术后粘连的发生率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).2组在术中子宫穿孔、术后复发率方面的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 宫内刨削系统治疗子宫内膜息肉较等离子电切系统更安全、快捷,疗效更好.

       

      Abstract: Objective To explore the value of the treatment of endometrial polyps by intrauterine planing system and traditional plasma bipolar electrotomy system. Methods: the clinical data of 103 patients with intrauterine polyp treated by planing system and plasma bipolar electrotomy were analyzed retrospectively.Results The average operation time of the two groups was significantly longer than that of the planing group. The amount of perfusion fluid used was more in the electric cutting group than the planing group. The incidence of postoperative adhesion was significantly higher in the electrotomy group than in the planing group, and the difference was statistically significant in the above three aspects (P < 0.05), while there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of intraoperative uterine perforation and postoperative recurrence between the two groups (P > 0.05).Conclusion The treatment of endometrial polyps by intrauterine planing system is safer, faster and more effective than that by plasma electrotomy system.
