Abstract:
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of Chinese medicine jump bath combined with focused ultrasound on allergic rhinitis. Methods: Two hundred and forty patients with allergic rhinitis who underwent focused ultrasound minimally invasive treatment at our hospital from January 2016 to February 2018 were selected. They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method: 120 patients in the observation group were treated with foot bath on the basis of the control group after focused ultrasound, and 120 patients in the control group were treated with conventional anti-inflammatory drugs and nursing after focused ultrasound. The curative effect, symptom scores, and the expression of IL-2, IgE, and IL-4 after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups. Results: After two weeks of treatment, the total treatment efficacy of the two groups was compared (92.50% in the observation group vs. 76.67% in the control group), and the observation group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05). There was a significant difference between the two groups; Symptom scores after two weeks (6.3±1.2 vs. 8.5±1.5 in the observation group) were significantly different (P<0.05). After treatment, IL-4 was observed in both groups (observed group, 19.32±2.31 vs. control group). Group 24.15±2.93), IgE (observation group 220.15±15.45VS control group 300.79±18.63) levels were lower than before treatment, and IL-2 (observation group 2.93±0.92VS control group 2.38±0.78) levels were higher than before treatment, and The three indicators observed group was better than the control group (P <0.01), there is a very significant difference. Conclusion: Focused ultrasound combined with various Chinese medicine foot baths has a good curative effect, improved symptoms (increased quality of life of patients), can reduce inflammatory factors, and can improve the immune regulatory factors and other advantages, values and in clinical promotion and application .
