Abstract:
ob<x>jective to explore the effect of nipple micro stimulation combined with oxytocin intravenous drip on labor process and delivery outcome of pregnant women with oligohydramnios。Methods 60 cases of oligohydramnios in our hospital from June 2019 to may 2020 were selected as the research ob<x>jects. According to the random principle, the pregnant women were divided into the control group and the experimental group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given oxytocin intravenous drip to the pregnant women with oligohydramnios, while the experimental group was given effective nipple stimulation to guide the pregnant women on the basis of the control group The vital signs were closely observed. Results the start time of labor, the first and second stages of labor in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group (P< 0.05 ). The incidence of fetal distress, neonatal asphyxia and 2-hour postpartum hemorrhage in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The natural delivery rate and nursing satisfaction of primipara in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion nipple micro stimulation combined with oxytocin intravenous drip for induction of labor is effective in sheep The primipara with less water can shorten the labor process, reduce the rate of cesarean section, and ensure the safety of puerpera and newborn.
