    终纹床核不同亚区生理功能的研究进展

    The Advances on The Physiological Functions of Different Subregions of Bed Nucleus of Stria Terminalis

    • 摘要: 终纹床核将边缘系统信息进行处理整合并中转到下丘脑与脑干,在应激反应、恐惧记忆和社会行为等方面发挥重要作用。复杂的解剖结构决定了终纹床核功能的多样性,不同区域的生理功能成为当前的研究热点,但其具体的生理机制仍然尚不清楚。该篇综述就已有的研究结果,按照相对被认可的解剖结构划分,对BNST不同区域的生理功能及其机制进行归纳和总结,为以后BNST的研究提供更全面更有效的参考。

       

      Abstract: Bed nucleus of stria terminalis (BNST) integrat es the information from limbic system and transfer s to the hypothalamus and brainstem . It plays an important role in stress, fear memor y, social behavior and so on . Its complexity of the structure determines the diversity of the function. T he physiological functions of various BNST subnuclear have become a research hotspot, but the underlying mechanisms remain largely unclear. This review summarized the physiological function of different region in BNST according to the general anatomical division that has gained recognition, providing a more comprehensive and effective reference for future studies of BNST.
