Abstract:
ob<x>jective To Analysis clinical characteristics of 89 children with 2019-nCoV infection.Methods Analysis of ba<x>seline and clinical data of 89 cases of novel coronavirus infection in children hospitalized in Lianyungang.Results Nnong the 89 children,there are 40 case with asymptomatic infection, 44 case with the light type and 5 with the common type,with a minimum age of 6 month and a maximum age of 14 years. The average ageof inpatientswas 8.07±2.82 years old .There were 41 males and 48 females. All patients have an epidemiological history including 52 families and 30 classes.Clinical manifestations were mainly fever (28.09%), cough (16.85%) and runny nose (4.50%).Laboratory tests show positive or declining white blood cells and lymphocytes.C-reactive protein, calcitoninogen and D2 aggregates are elevated, and C-reactive protein and CT values are significantly elevated in the light group.There are 8 case showed intrapulmonary lamellar, nodular or ground glass shadow on chest CT scan.Conclusion Children with 2019-nCoV infectiongenerally have a clear epidemiological history.Characterized by aggregated morbidity, mild symptoms, predominantly asymptomatic infections and mild illnesses, and a good prognosis for the immediate future.C-reactive protein, novel coronavirus nucleic acid test N gene and ORF gene CT values can be used as experimental indicators for early determination of disease progression and prognosis.
