    环泊酚用于宫腔镜手术镇静的有效性及安全性:随机对照试验

    Effectiveness and safety of ciprofol for sedation in patients undergoing hysteroscopic surgery: A randomized controlled trial

    • 摘要: 目的 探索环泊酚用于宫腔镜手术的有效性及安全性。方法 选取盐城市第一人民医院2022年5月—7月进行宫腔镜手术的患者136例,随机分为丙泊酚组(68例)与环泊酚组(68例)。比较2组宫腔镜手术成功率、苏醒时间、术中使用追加剂量的次数、使用瑞芬太尼的总剂量、镇静深度、麻醉的满意度以及安全性。结果 2组患者宫腔镜手术的成功率均为100%;环泊酚组的追加次数0(0-1)次低于丙泊酚组1(0-1)次(P<0.05),苏醒时间(5.9±2.2)min长于丙泊酚组(4.8±1.9)min(P<0.05),但满意度(9.4±0.7)分高于丙泊酚组(9.2±0.8)分(P<0.05);环泊酚组的注射痛和呼吸抑制发生率低于丙泊酚组(P<0.05)。结论 与丙泊酚相比,环泊酚在宫腔镜手术患者的镇静与麻醉方面的有效性不低于丙泊酚,且不良反应更少,值得临床推广。

       

      Abstract: Objective To assess the effectiveness and safety of ciprofol in patients undergoing hysteroscopic surgery.Methods A total of 136 patients who underwent hysteroscopic surgery in the First People's Hospital of Yancheng from May 2022 to July 2022 were selected. They were randomly divided into two groups(n=68): a propofol group and a ciprofol group. Both groups were compared for the success rate of hysteroscopic surgery, the time of recovery, the time of intraoperative additional dose, the total dose of remifentanil, the depth of sedation, anesthesia satisfaction, and safety.Results The success rate of hysteroscopic surgery was 100% in both groups. Compared with the propofol group, the ciprofol group showed decreases in the time of intraoperative additional dose(P<0.05), increases in the time of recovery(P<0.05), but improvement in satisfaction scores(P<0.05). The incidences of injection pain and respiratory depression in the ciprofol group were lower than those in the propofol group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with propofol, cyclopofol exerts effect on the sedation and anesthesia of patients undergoing hysteroscopic surgery, which is not inferior to propofol, with less adverse reactions, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
