    婴幼儿手足口病的肠道菌群结构变化分析

    Analysis of intestinal flora structure changes in infants with hand-foot-mouth disease

    • 摘要: 目的 测定婴幼儿手足口病(HFMD)的肠道菌群结构及变化特征。方法 纳入2021年1月—2022年6月经徐州医科大学附属宿迁医院确诊的HFMD婴幼儿48例为HFMD组,健康婴幼儿20例为对照组。提取所有婴幼儿粪便标本DNA并质检,合格后行16S rDNA扩增子测序。对测序后的生物学信息进行丰度、多样性及结构分析。结果 α多样性分析和β多样性分析显示2组间的肠道菌群丰度和多样性未见明显差异。HFMD组肠道菌群结构发生改变,主要表现为毛螺菌属、韦荣球菌属丰度降低,而巨单胞菌属、埃希菌属丰度升高。结论 HFMD婴幼儿存在肠道菌群结构改变,产乙酸盐和丙酸盐的菌属减少。该结果可能为HFMD发病机制及其微生态干预研究提供部分理论依据。

       

      Abstract: Objective To determine the intestinal flora structure and change characteristics of infants with hand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD).Methods A total of 48 infants who were diagnosed with HFMD in Suqian Hospital Affiliated to Xuzhou Medical University from January 2021 to June 2022 were set as a HFMD group, while 20 healthy infants were selected as a control group. Their fecal DNA was extracted for 16S rDNA amplification sequencing. The abundance, diversity and structure of this biological information were analyzed.Results According to α and β diversity analysis, there was no difference in the abundance and diversity of intestinal flora between the two groups. LEfSe analysis showed that the intestinal flora structure in the HFMD group changed, where abundance of Lachnospira and Veillonella decreased, while the abundance of Megamonas and Escherichia increased.Conclusions HFMD infants show changes in intestinal flora, and the bacteria producing acetate and propionate in the intestinal tract are reduced. These finding may provide theoretical basis for exploring the pathogenesis and investigating the microecological intervention of HFMD.
