    经颅磁刺激评估突触可塑性在阿尔茨海默病谱系中的应用研究进展

    Advances in transcranial magnetic stimulation for assessing synaptic plasticity in the Alzheimer spectrum

    • 摘要: 阿尔茨海默病是一种导致认知功能进行性下降的神经退行性脑疾病,突触功能障碍被看作是其病理生理学的早期特征,也是引起认知功能下降的核心要素。经颅磁刺激作为一种可调节皮质神经元活动的非侵入性脑刺激技术,可通过评估人脑皮质可塑性检测突触功能,达到识别早期阿尔茨海默病患者,预测认知功能下降以及检测治疗方案有效性的目的。本文将针对经颅磁刺激评估突触可塑性在阿尔茨海默病谱系中的应用予以综述。

       

      Abstract: Alzheimer's disease is a neurodegenerative brain disorder that leads to progressive cognitive decline. Synaptic dysfunction is regarded as an early pathological feature,playing a crucial role in cognitive decline. Transcranial magnetic stimulation, as a non-invasive brain stimulation technique that modulates cortical neuronal activity, can be utilized to assess cortical plasticity in the human brain for detecting synaptic function. This approach serves the goals of identifying early-stage Alzheimer's disease patients, predicting cognitive decline, and evaluating the effectiveness of treatment strategies. This article provides a comprehensive review of the application of synaptic plasticity assessment based on transcranial magnetic stimulation in Alzheimer's disease spectrum.
