    右美托咪定对肾上腺素性小鼠急性肺水肿的影响

    Effects of dexmedetomidine on acute pulmonary edema caused by excessive adrenaline in mice

    • 摘要: 目的探讨右美托咪定对大剂量肾上腺素引起的小鼠急性肺水肿的影响。方法将40只昆明种小鼠随机分为5组,A组注射生理盐水+生理盐水、B组注射常规剂量肾上腺素(0.04 mg/kg)+生理盐水、C组注射常规剂量肾上腺素+右美托咪定(1.5 μg/kg)、D组注射大剂量肾上腺素(10 mg/kg)+生理盐水、E组注射大剂量肾上腺素+右美托咪定。观察用药前后小鼠呼吸的变化,取完整肺脏称重,计算肺系数并观察肺组织形态和结构的改变。结果E组小鼠的肺系数明显低于D组(P<0.05),形态学变化较D组轻微。结论右美托咪定可以缓解大剂量肾上腺素导致的小鼠急性肺水肿。

       

      Abstract: ObjectiveTo explore the effects of dexmedetomidine (DEX) on acute pulmonary edema induced by excessive adrenaline in mice. MethodsA total of 40 Kunming mice were randomly divided into five groups. Mice were injected with normal saline in Group A; a routine dose of adrenaline and normal saline in Group B; a routine dose of adrenaline and DEX in Group C; an excessive dose of adrenaline and normal saline in Group D and an excessive dose of adrenaline and DEX in Group E. Before and after treatment, the changes of respiration were observed. The mice were sacrificed and the lung was weighed to calculate the lung coefficient and observe the changes of lung morphology and structure. ResultsGroup E showed a remarkable reduced lung coefficient and slightly morphological changes, compared with Group D (P<0.05). ConclusionsDEX can relieve acute pulmonary edema induced by excessive AD in mice.
