聚桂醇联合激光治疗婴幼儿血管瘤疗效观察

Observation of the effects of lauromacrogol and laser treatment on patients with infantile hemangioma

摘要: 目的评价聚桂醇局部注射联合激光治疗深部型婴幼儿血管瘤的临床疗效。方法对35例不同部位的婴幼儿血管瘤注射聚桂醇1~2个疗程后联合激光治疗，通过3~12个月的观察，判断其疗效。结果35例患儿，其中治愈11例，基本治愈21例，好转3例，有效率91.4% 。结论聚桂醇局部注射联合激光治疗深部型婴幼儿血管瘤，不良反应少，治愈率高，治疗后无明显瘢痕。

Abstract: ObjectiveTo evaluate the effects of local injection with lauromacrogol and laser treatment on patients with infantile hemangioma. MethodsA total of 35 patients with infantile hemangioma at various sites were injected with lauromacrogol for 1 to 2 treatment course before laser treatment. The resultant efficacy was observed for 3 to 12 months. ResultsAmong the patients, 11 were cured, 21 were partially cured and 3 were improved, with an effective rate of 91.4%. ConclusionsLocal injection with lauromacrogol and laser treatment can treat patients with infantile hemangioma, with less adverse reactions and high cure rates, without obvious scar formation.
