    • 摘要: 目的研究徐州地区汉族人群中,赖氨酰氧化酶基因(LOX)G473A多态性和宫颈鳞癌易感性的相关性。方法应用PCR和琼脂糖凝胶电泳结合EB显色方法检测479例宫颈鳞癌患者和525例健康对照者LOX G473A多态基因型频率,统计分析其与宫颈鳞癌的关联性。结果2组临床资料的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。基因分型结果显示基因型为GA和AA的个体宫颈鳞癌易感性明显增高(P<0.05)。结论LOX G473A多态性与宫颈鳞癌易感性关联,且可能对徐州地区宫颈鳞癌风险预测及发病机制研究具有重要意义。

       

      Abstract: ObjectiveTo investigate the association of lysyl oxidase (LOX) G473A polymorphism and the susceptibility to cervical squamous carcinoma (CSC) in the Han ethnic population of Xuzhou. MethodsPCR and agarose electrophoresis combined with ethidium bromide staining were applied to determine the frequency of genotypes LOX G473A in 479 CSC patients and 525 healthy subjects, and analyze its relationship between genotyping frequency and CSC susceptibility. ResultsNo significant difference was found in any clinicopathological features. CSC Patients with genotypes GA and AA had remarkably increased susceptibility (P<0.05). ConclusionsLOX G374A is associated with CSC susceptibility, which is vital to predict CSC and illustrate pathogenesis in Xuzhou.
