    • 摘要: 目的 探讨重复经颅磁刺激治疗(rTMS)及无抽搐电休克治疗(MECT)对抑郁症患者在不同时间点认知功能产生的影响。方法 将抑郁症患者按随机、双盲的原则分成rTMS组(rTMS+药物治疗)和MECT组(MECT+药物治疗)。分别于治疗前、治疗2周末、治疗4周末行重复成套神经心理学测试(RBANS)评定认知功能。结果 治疗前,两组患者RBANS评分组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗2周末,治疗4周末,两组总分优于治疗前,且治疗4周末认知功能改善更显著,两组总分组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 rTMS及MECT治疗均可有效改善抑郁症患者认知功能,二者无显著差别,随治疗时间延长,认知功能改善明显。

       

      Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)and modified electroconvulsive therapy(MECT)for depression patients at different time points generated cognitive functions.Methods Patients with depression were divided into rTMS group (rTMS + drug treatment) and MECT group (MECT + drug treatment) according to a randomized, double-blind principle. Before treatment, 2 weeks, 4 weeks of treatment underwent repeat neuropsychological testing sets (RBANS) assessment. Results Before treatment, the two groups of patients RBANS score group, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05); Treatment 2 weeks, 4 weeks of treatment, The two groups were better than before treatment, the treatment of 4 weeks to improve cognitive function more pronounced. There was no significant difference between the two groups(P> 0.05). Conclusion rTMS and MECT treatment can be effective in improving cognitive function in patients with depression, no significant difference between the two groups, and prolonged treatment, improved significantly
