    Target genes prediction and bioinformatics analysis of hsa-miR-199b-5p

    • 摘要: 目的:初步论述miR-199b-5p的生物学功能。方法:首先我们应用miRbase、UCSC等数据库,对miR-199b-5p的序列进行了保守性分析;然后选择miranda、miRDB及TargetScan三个数据库预测hsa-miR-199b-5p的靶基因,取其交集;最后运用基因GO功能注释以及KEGG信号转导通路富集分析,探究miR-199b-5p靶基因可能相关的细胞功能和信号通路。结果:生物信息学分析发现,miR-199b-5p具有多种功能,其多个潜在靶基因涉及足细胞损伤发生、发展过程。结论:miR-199b-5p可能与慢性肾脏病(Chronic Kidney Disease,CKD)的发病机制相关,并为临床治疗提供了可能的潜在的新靶点。

       

      Abstract: Objective: To identify the potential biological function of hsa-miR-199b-5p. Methods:First and foremost, we used miRbase and UCSC databases to analyzed its conservation of the sequence. Secondly, we predicted the target genes of hsa-miR-199b-5p through Miranda, miRDB and TargetScan databases. Then we get the intersection of these predicted genes . In the end, by using GO and KEGG pathway analysis, we clarified the cell functions and signaling pathways which are regulated by hsa-miR-199b-5p target genes . Results: Given the bio-informatics data, we figured out that hsa-miR-199b-5p may have a wide range of functions. Also, some potential target genes of hsa-miR-199b-5p might be involved in the initiation and development of podocyte injury. Conclusion: Hsa-miR-199b-5p might be related to the pathogenesis of CKD. Thus,it might provide the clinical therapy with a potential target to CKD
