Expression and Clinical Significance of PDCD4 and PDCD5 in 45 Patients with Missed Abortion

摘要: 目的：探讨并分析PDCD4、PDCD5表达与稽留流产的关系和临床意义。方法：将纳入的稽留流产患者45例为观察组，选取同期的50例正常妊娠行人工流产手术者作为对照组。采用免疫组织化学染色法检测两组蜕膜组织和绒毛组织的PDCD4、PDCD5表达。结果：观察组在蜕膜和绒毛组织中的PDCD4表达明显低于观察组(P﹤0.05)；观察组在蜕膜和绒毛组织中的PDCD5表达明显高于观察组(P﹤0.05)；在观察组的PDCD4表达与PDCD5的表达呈负相关性(P﹤0.05)。结论：稽留流产与PDCD4和PDCD5的异常表达有关。

Abstract: To explore and analyze the relationship between PDCD4, PDCD5 expression and missed abortion and its clinical significance. Methods: 45 patients with missed abortion were included as the observation group, and 50 normal abortion women with the same period of normal pregnancy were selected as the control group. Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of PDCD4 and PDCD5 in decidua and villi of the two groups. Results: The observation group’s PDCD4 in the decidua and villi was significantly lower than that in the observation group (P<0.05), and the PDCD5 was significantly higher than that of the observation group (P<0.05), and the expression of PDCD4 and PDCD5 in the observation group was negatively correlated (P<0.05). Conclusion: Missed abortion is associated with abnormal expression of PDCD4 and PDCD5.
