Abstract:
Objective: To explore the nursing ways and effects of phacoemulsification continuous operation by the Ophthalmology professional nurses. Methods: From September 2011 to May 2015 in our hospital, selected 172 phacoemulsification continuous operation patients for diagnosis and treatment that 100 patients were from September 2011 to December 2013 December as the control group, 72 patients were from 2014 January to May 2015 as the observation group, while the control group were adopted conventional peri operative nursing care, and the observation group were added the nursing by the Ophthalmology professional nurses based on the control group. Results: The unremitting operation interval times in the observation group were 35.24 ±2.33 min and the patients that can not be picked up on time were 2 patients(2.8%), while the control group were 55.09±2.18 min and 19 patients(19.0%), the observation group were obviously lower than control group (P < 0.05). The risk incidences of verification of omissions, monitoring ineffective, the risk of infection, the misconduct process and equipment defects in the observation group during operation periods were 4.2%, while the control group were 14.0% that the observation group were less than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The perioperative nursing satisfaction in the observation group and control group were 98.6% and 89.0% that the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The phacoemulsification continuous operation by the Ophthalmology professional nurses can improve the operation effect, enhance the nurse patient and doctor patient communication effects, reduce the occurrence of nursing risk events
