Abstract:
Objective To analyze the clinical value of ICCFC in diagnosing AIDS complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis, and to provide evidence for early diagnosis and treatment of diseases. Methods 38 patients with AIDS complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis (infected group) were treated in our hospital from July 2017 to May 2018, 44 patients with AIDS alone (high risk group) and 20 healthy people (control group) were tested by ICCFC method. The proportion of specific T cells secreting IFN-γ in peripheral blood due to stimulation by tuberculosis antigen; and compared with the ELISA TB-IGRA test results, the clinical value of the diagnosis was analyzed by ROC curve. Results Analysis of the data showed that the sensitivity ( 92.1%), specificity (96.9%) and the Yoden coefficient of 0.889 of the ICCFC method were better than those of the ELISA TB-IGRA (sensitivity 71.1%, specificity 89.1%, approximate coefficient 0.602). . ICCFC method under the ROC curve area (AUG) 0.842, 95% CI: 0.763~0.921, TB-IGRA detection AUG 0.780, 95% CI: 0.687~0.872. Conclusion The ICCFC method has higher sensitivity and specificity for diagnosing AIDS complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis, and has higher diagnostic efficacy.
