    • 摘要: 目的 探讨竹节参对运动性疲劳缓解作用的不同。 方法 将小鼠分为白组、竹节参组和深裂竹根七组。通过小鼠力竭游泳实验和常压耐缺氧实验,测定游泳时间和死亡时间并检测结果 与空白组相比,竹节参提取物明显增加小鼠力竭游泳时间和常压耐缺氧时间,降低运动后小鼠水平,并增加肝重系数;肝重系数。结论 竹节参有缓解运动性疲劳的作用,不能在缓解疲劳方面替代竹节参。

       

      Abstract: Object To investigate the anti-fatigue effects of Panax Japonicus and Disporopsis pernyi. Method The mice were divided into three groups: control group, Panax Japonicus group and Disporopsis pernyi group. Burdened swimming test and hypoxia tolerance test were conducted in mice to determine their exhaustive swimming time and death time. Blood lactic acid content, serum urea nitrogen and the liver weight coefficient were measured. Result Compared with the control group, the extract of Panax Japonicus increased the exhaustive swimming time and hypoxia tolerance time significantly. It also reduced the serum lactic acid, lactate dehydrogenase, the liver weight coefficient and the levels of blood urea nitrogen compared with the control group. But there was not significant difference between Disporopsis pernyi group and the control group. Conclusion Panax Japonicus has the effect of alleviating exercise fatigue, while Disporopsis pernyi isn’t a substitute for it.
