Abstract: Objective T o investigate the distribution of colorectal polyps and colorectal cancer in colorectum and its correlation infected by different subtypes of helicobacter pylori (Hp). Methods C linical data of colorectal polyps and colorectal cancer admitted to the affiliated hospital of xuzhou medical university from March 2017 to March 2019 were retrospectively analyzed, and the types of Hp infection of colorectal polyps and colorectal cancer were compared. Results Single site of c olorectal polyp and colorectal cancer were mainly distributed in rectum and sigmoid colon. Multiple sites of colorectal polyps mainly occur in the rectum + sigmoid colon, rectum + ascending colon, and colorectal cancer can also occur in multiple sites. The ratios of type Ⅰ Hp+in Hyperplasia+ adenomatous polyps, adenomatous polyps and colorectal cancerwere increased. ConclusionHp infection may promote the occurrence of rectal hyperplastic polyp, hyperplasia + adenomatous polyp, adenomatous polyp. Type Ⅰ Hp+ could promote the adenomatous polyp and even the occurrence of colorectal cancer.
