Abstract:
Objective To study the effects of solution-focused mode on postoperative subjective and objective feeling, disease cognition degree and negative emotion in cataract patients. Methods A total of 90 cataract patients who underwent surgery in the hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were enrolled. The enrolled patients were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method, 45 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing. On this basis, observation group was given solution-focused mode. The satisfaction scores with nursing were compared between the two groups. The low-vision quality of life scale (LVQOL) was referred to evaluate postoperative subjective and objective feeling. The basic knowledge of cataract surgery and question-and-answer drills of precautions were performed to compare disease cognition degree in both groups. The negative emotions of patients before and after treatment were recorded by Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS). Results There was no significant difference between observation group and control group in score of nursing technology or nursing attitude (P>0.05). The score of nursing health education in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05). Before nursing, there was no significant difference in adjustment ability, reading and fine work ability, distance vision, disease cognition degree, SAS score or SDS score between the two groups (P>0.05). After nursing, adjustment ability, reading and fine work ability, distance vision score and disease cognition degree in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05), while SAS score and SDS score were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Solution-focused mode can significantly improve postoperative subjective and objective feeling of patients, and enhance their disease cognition degree, while eliminating their negative emotions
