    碳酸锂对不同应激状态下小鼠学习记忆功能的影响

    Effects of lithium carbonate on learning and memory function in mice under different stress conditions

    • 摘要: 目的 探讨碳酸锂对不同应激状态下小鼠学习记忆的改善作用。方法 50 只小鼠均分成五组,分别为对照组、生理应激组、生理应激+碳酸锂组、心理应激组和心理应激+碳酸锂组。采用避暗仪和跳台测试仪测定小鼠的学习记忆功能。结果 与空白对照组比较,生理应激+碳酸锂组和心理应激+碳酸锂组的学习记忆功能明显改善(P﹤0.05), 而生理应激组和心理应激组的学习记忆功能明显降低(P﹤0.05)。 结论 碳酸锂对不同应激状态下小鼠的学习记忆功能有改善作用。

       

      Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of lithium carbonate on learning and memory improvement in mice under different stress conditions. Methods 50 mice were divided in to five groups, control group, physiological s tress group, physiological stress and lithium carbonate group, psychological stress group, psychological stress and lithium carbonate group. mouse platform tester and mouse dark avoidance instrument were used to determine the learning and memory function of mice. Results Compared with the blank control group, the learning and memory functions of physiological stress and lithium carbonate group and psychological stress and lithium carbonate group were significantly improved(P﹤0.05),, while the learning and memory functions of physiological stress group and psychological stress group were significantly reduced ( P﹤0.05). Conclusion Lithium carbonate can improve the learning and memory function of mice under different stress conditions.
