Abstract: ob＜x＞jective To investigate the clinical effect of daily treatment of Checklist combined with WeChat in isolation ward of patients with new coronary pneumonia. Methods From February 6 to February 15,2020,the nursing staff of the patients with new coronary pneumonia were selected as the research subjects,from February 6 to February 8 as the use group, from February 9 to February 15 as the use group,and then according to the daily treatment Checklist,and the new doctor’s advice information was transmitted by WeChat.To compare the daily treatment defect of the two groups before and after use, the implementation of the new doctor’s orders and the satisfaction of the medical staff.Results compared with the pre-use group,the daily treatment defects of the post-use group were significantly reduced,the doctor’s order information was more accurate (100%), and the satisfaction of the medical staff was higher (93.3%/66.7%,94.4%/70.4%).the difference was statistically significant (p <0.05).Conclusion The application of daily treatment of Checklist combined with WeChat in isolation ward of patients with new coronary pneumonia can reduce the nursing defect,help the transmission of doctor’s order information,improve the efficiency of nurses and relieve the psychology burden,and improve the satisfaction of the medical staff.
