Abstract:
ob<x>jective to study the clinical effect of nasal endoscopy in the treatment of inverted papilloma of the nasal cavity and sinuses and its effect on the prognosis. Method in February 2016 to March 2018 in our hospital for inverted papilloma of the nasal sinuses turn sexual treatment of 56 patients as observation ob<x>ject, the observation ob<x>ject can be divided into research group and normal group, the group USES the nasal endoscopic surgery of tumor resection, conventional group underwent tumor resection with traditional nasal surgery, surgery in patients with two groups of the required time, intraoperative blood loss, and the clinical curative effect of two groups of patients after surgery and the postoperative complications documented statistical risk. Results the operative time and intraoperative blood loss in the study group were lower than those in the conventional group. Compared with the two groups, the incidence of complications in the study group was lower (p05). Conclusion endoscopic surgery for inverted papilloma of nasal cavity and sinuses can achieve better therapeutic effect, cause less damage to patients, and facilitate prognosis and recovery, which is of high value in clinical treatment.
