    渐进性肌肉放松训练联合有氧锻炼对肺癌放疗患者癌因性疲乏、 负性情绪及生活质量的影响

    Effects of progressive muscle relaxation training combined with aerobic exercise on cancer-related fatigue, negative emotion and quality of life in patients with lung cancer

    • 摘要: 目的探讨渐进性肌肉放松训练联合有氧锻炼对肺癌放疗患者癌因性疲乏、负性情绪及生活质量的影响。方法选取2015年1月—2016年3月我院收治行常规护理的肺癌放疗患者56例作为对照组,选取2016年4月—2017年6月我院收治在常规护理基础上行渐进性肌肉放松训练联合有氧锻炼的肺癌放疗患者56例作为观察组,对比2组癌因性疲乏、负性情绪、生活质量。结果观察组护理后行为/严重程度、情感、感觉、认知/情绪、总分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理后焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理后躯体功能、角色功能、认知功能、情绪功能、社会功能、整体生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论渐进性肌肉放松训练联合有氧锻炼应用于肺癌放疗患者效果显著,可有效减轻癌因性疲乏,缓解负性情绪,提高生活质量,值得推广。

       

      Abstract: ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of progressive muscle relaxation training combined with aerobic exercise on cancer-related fatigue, negative emotion and quality of life in patients with lung cancer. MethodsA total of 56 lung caner patients who underwent routine nursing after radiotherapy from January 2015 to March 2016 in our hospital were set as a control group. Meanwhile, another 56 lung cancer patient who underwent progressive muscle relaxation training combined with aerobic exercise after radiotherapy from April 2016 to June 2017 in our hospital was set an observation group. Two groups were combined for cancer-related fatigue, negative emotions, and quality of life. ResultsThe observation group showed lower scores of behavior/severity, emotion, sensation, cognition/emotion and total score than the control (P<0.05). The SAS and SDS scores were lower in the observation group than the control (P<0.05). The body function, function, cognitive function, emotional function, social function and overall quality of life scores were significantly higher in the observation group than the control (P<0.05). ConclusionProgressive muscle relaxation training combined with aerobic exercise in lung cancer patients with radiotherapy is effective, which can effectively reduce cancer-related fatigue, relieve negative emotions, improve the quality of life and is worth promoting.
