摘要:
 目的运用眼表综合分析仪检测增生型糖尿病视网膜病变(PDR)患者泪液的异常。方法选择PDR患者30例(30眼)归入PDR组,同期正常人群30例(30眼)归入对照组。分别检测非侵入式平均泪膜破裂时间(NIBUT-ave)、非侵入式泪河高度(NITMH)、荧光素泪膜破裂时间(FBUT)、泪液分泌试验(SIT)。结果PDR组NIBUT-ave为(8.42±3.45) s,NITMH为(0.15±0.07) mm,FBUT为(7.70±3.14) s,SIT为(7.33±2.96) mm;对照组NIBUT-ave为(10.70±3.20) s,NITMH为(0.19±0.05) mm,FBUT为(10.57±2.90) s,SIT为(11.37±3.71) mm。PDR组各项检测结果均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P≤0.01)。结论PDR患者泪液的分泌量和稳定性明显低于正常人群。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo analyze the differences in the tear of proliferative diabetic retinopathy (PDR) patients using OCULUS Keratograph. MethodsA total of 30 proliferative diabetic retinopathy patients (30 eyes) were included in a PDR group, while another 30 healthy subjects (30 eyes) were included in a control group. Their average noninvasive tear film break-up time (NIBUT-ave), noninvasive tear meniscus height (NITMH), and fluorescein tear film break-up time (FBUT) were determined. Also, the Schirmer I test (SIT) was performed. ResultsIn the PDR group, NIBUT-ave was (8.42±3.45) s, NITMH was (0.15±0.07) mm, FBUT was (7.70±3.14) s, and SIT was (7.33±2.96) mm. In the control group, NIBUT-ave was (10.70±3.20) s, NITMH was (0.19±0.05) mm, FBUT was (10.57±2.90) s, and SIT was (11.37±3.71) mm. Statistical difference was seen as to the above indicators between the two groups (P<0.01). ConclusionsThe quantity and stability of tear secreted by PDR patients was significantly lower than those of healthy subjects.
