Abstract:
Objective:To exp1ore the diagnostic and differentia1 va 1ue of pu1monary function test in e1der1y chronic obstructive pu1monary disease (COPD) and coronary heart disease (CHD).Methods:Subjects se1ected in our hospita1 in March 2015 March to2017 admitted 60 patients with coronary heart and 60 patients with COPD, respective1y, the same period se1ected 60 hea1thy peop1e of physica1 examination as contro 1 group. Using Masterscreen PFT pu 1monary function of a11 patients and contro 1 group were measured by conventiona 1 pu 1monary venti1ation and diffusion function and1ung vo1ume, the contents inc1ude pu1monary function, pu1monary conditions, and1ung vo1ume. Objective to ana1yze the diagnostic and differentia1 va 1ue of pu1monary function parameters in COPD and coronary heart disease.Resu1ts:COPD group and CHD group VC, PEF, FV, C, FEV1, FEVI/FVC, DLCO, DLCO/VAFRC index were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.01), COPD group was significantly lower than that of the coronary heart disease group(P<0.01); COPD group and CHD group FRC, TLC, RV and RV/TLC levels were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01), COPD group was significantly lower than that of the coronary heart disease group(P<0.01); COPD group and CHD group FRC, RV and RV/ TLC was significantly higher than that of In the control group(P<0.01), the COPD group was significantly higher than the coronary heart disease group(P<0.01) .Conc1usion:The 1 ung function test can effective1y diagnose seni1e COPD and coronary heart disease, and can effective1y identify the e1der1y COPD and coronary heart disease to p1ay an important ro1e in ear1y diagnosis and treatment. It is worth in c1inica1 promotion.
