Abstract:
ob<x>jective To study the role of LncRNAs in repairing peripheral nerve injury (PNI) nerve rege neration through bioinformatic methods, and provide potential therapeutic targets for PNI. Methods High-throughput gene chip technology was used to monitor the gene changes of distal sciatic nerve injury in mice 0day、3day、7day、14day after injury, and the differential genes were screened by bioinformatics method. We investigate the functions of these dysregulated lncRNAs in peripheral nerve damage. Importantly, we predicted that several lncRNA-mRNA pairs may participate in biological processes related to peripheral nerve injury. RT-qPCR was performed for the preliminary verification of three lncRNA?mRNA pairs. Results A total of 5354 lncRNAs with significant ex<x>pression differences were detected (p < 0.05; FC ≤ 0.5 or ≥ 2). Among them, NONMMUG036609,NONMMUG01438,NONMMUG 035232,ENSMUSG00000087366, SOX2OT ,NONMMUG010575 may play important role in peripheral nerve regeneration. Conclusions The results of this study indicate that LncRNAs may improve the ability of nerve regeneration. Therefore, our stydy provide a new insight in repairing peripheral nerve injury.
