Abstract:
ob<x>jective To investigate the efficacy, technique and physician fatigue index of retroperitoneal laparoscopic double nephrectomy and ureterectomy with modified SAFE operation. Methods The clinical data of 7 patients undergoing retroipsilateral laparoscopic SAFE operation resection of renal ureterectomy were retrospectively analyzed, and the operative time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative intestinal recovery time, residual renal function and other relevant indicators were summarized and analyzed. In addition, the surgeon fatigue degree was evaluated by the fatigue index. Results All the 7 patients w ere successfully operated without serious complications. The operation time ranged from 115 to 175 mins. Intraoperative blood loss ranged from 40 to 120 ml. Postoperative recovery time of intestinal function was 1-3d. The average surgeon fatigue degree ranged from low to intermediate. The residual renal function was good after 1-18 months follow-up. Conclusion The modified SAFE operation for retroperitoneal laparoscopic resection of repeated renal ureterectomy is safe and effective, with less trauma and faster recovery. For surgeons, it also brought about more comfort and less fatigue in operation
