Abstract: ob＜x＞jective：To investigate the efficacy of Bacillus coagulans joint mesalazine in treatment of nonspecific terminal ileum ulcer. Method：Selected 121 cases of nonspecific terminal ileum ulcer patients,they were randomly dividede into the observation group (n=62) and the control group (n=59), the observation group was used Bacillus coagulans joint mesalazine treatment，the control group was used Bacillus coagulans treatment，all patients received 1 course of treatment for 4 weeks and 3courses of continuous treatment. The clinical therapeutic effect, the endoscopic therapeutic effect and the improvement of the total score of clinical symptoms of the two groups were observed. Result：The total effective rate of clinical treatment in observation group was 95.2%，and that in control group was 81.4%，the total efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (χ2=4.36, P<0.05) .The total effective rate of endoscopic treatment was 93.5% in the observation group and 77.9% in the control group，and the difference was tatistically significant (χ2=4.85, P<0.05) . After treatment，the total score of clinical symptoms of the two groups was lower than that before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (observation group：t=20.20,control group：t=13.72,P<0.05) ,The total score of clinical symptoms of observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, there was statistically significant difference between the two groups(t=3.61,P<0.05).Conclusion：Bacillus coagulans joint mesalazine in treatment of nonspecific terminal ileum ulcer has obvious effect,its worthy of clinical application.
