    体检科护士多角色定位服务模式对体检质量的影响

    Effects of multi-role oriented nursing service on the quality of physical examination

    • 摘要: 目的探讨体检科护士多种角色定位的服务模式对体检质量的影响。方法采用便利抽样法抽取2018年6月—2019年11月于徐州市中心医院体检科进行健康体检的体检者240例,采用随机数字表法将体检者分为实验组(n=120)与对照组(n=120),对照组体检者接受常规体检科护理服务模式,实验组体检者接受体检科护士多角色定位服务模式,比较2组体检者的体检质量。结果实验组体检者的全程等待时间、体检完成时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组体检者的不良事件发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论体检科护士多角色定位服务模式可有效优化体检流程,提高体检效率,减少体检过程不良事件发生,从而提高体检质量,值得在临床上进一步推荐使用。

       

      Abstract: ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of multi-role oriented nursing service on the quality of physical examination. MethodsA total of 240 subjects who underwent health examination in Xuzhou Central Hospital from July 2018 to November 2019 were selected. They were randomly divided into two groups (n=120):an experiment group and a control group. The control group received conventional nursing service for physical examination, while the experiment group was provided with multi-role oriented nursing service. Their quality of physical examination was compared.ResultsThe experiment group presented remarkable decreases in the whole waiting time and examination time, compared with the control group (P<0.05). The experiment group reported a significantly reduced incidence of adverse reactions, compared with the control group (P<0.05).ConclusionsThe multi-role oriented nursing service can effectively improve the procedures of physical examination, reduce the adverse reaction during examination, and finally improve examination quality.
