    天舒胶囊对甲醛致小鼠记忆损害的影响

    Effects of Tianshu capsules on the memory impairment induced by formaldehyde in mice

    • 摘要: 目的 观察天舒胶囊对甲醛所致小鼠记忆损害的影响。方法 将小鼠随机分为5组:生理盐水组(NS组),甲醛组(FA组),天舒胶囊低剂量(0.3 g·kg-1) 组(CLL组),天舒胶囊中剂量(0.6 g·kg-1) 组(CLM 组),天舒胶囊高剂量(1.2 g·kg-1)组(CLH组)。用避暗实验分别观察小鼠的潜伏期和错误次数。结果 与NS组相比,FA组的潜伏期缩短(P<0.05),错误次数明显增多(P<0.01);与FA组相比,CLH组的潜伏期明显延长(P<0.01),CLL组、CLM组、CLH组错误次数均明显减少(P<0.01)。结论 天舒胶囊对甲醛所致的小鼠记忆损害具有保护作用。

       

      Abstract: Objective To observe the effects of Tianshu capsules on the memory impairment induced by formaldehyde in mice. Methods Mice were randomly divided into five groups: a normal saline group (Group NS), a formaldehyde group (Group FA), a low dose of Tianshu capsule (0.3 g·kg-1) group (Group CLL), a middle dose of Tianshu capsule (0.6 g·kg-1) group (Group CLM), and a high dose of Tianshu capsule (1.2 g·kg-1) group (Group CLH). The latency and number of errors in mice were observed by the step-through test. Results Compared with Group NS, Group FA presented obviously shorter latency (P<0.05) and an increased number of errors (P<0.01). Compared with Group FA, the latency was remarkably extended in Group CLH (P<0.01), while the number of errors was marked decreased for Groups CLL, CLM and CLH (P<0.01). Conclusions Tianshu capsules can improve the memory impairment induced by formaldehyde in mice.
