Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the effect and rationality of percutaneous iliac artery perforator flap combined with postoperative radionuclide radiotherapy on perineal keloid. Methods: Totally 65 cases of genitourinary keloid treated in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2017 were selected as study subjects and divided into two groups according to the different recoverability of patients treated with skin soft tissue dilatation and superficial iliac artery Perforator flap combined radionuclide radiotherapy. The curative effect of the two groups was evaluated. The histopathological score, operation time, intraoperative blood loss, defect healing time, postoperative complications and keloid recurrence were calculated before and after treatment. Statistical analysis was made on the flap of the study group. Results: The proportion of patients with excellent curative effect after treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the good ratio was similar to the control group, and the difference was significantly lower than that in the control group. The proportion of histopathological score 0 in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group Group, a score of 1 point slightly lower than the control group, while the score was 2 points higher than the control group, 34 patients in the study group, only 1 case of local flap necrosis occurred, and 3 patients had skin Petal pale, the study group of patients with two-point flap was 1.05 ± 0.12 cm, the study group patients with blood loss was lower than the control group, the healing time was significantly less than the control group, the incidence of postoperative infection, skin necrosis and recurrence of keloid within 6 months after operation in study group were significantly lower than those in control group. Conclusion: T Circumflex iliac artery perforating flap combined with radionuclide radiotherapy has a good repair effect on perineal keloid and less postoperative complications.
