Abstract: Objective : The aim of this study was to analyze the survival rate of implants and change of the bone around implants after immediately loading in complete edentulous jaws. Methods : 57 cases of immediate loading in complete edentulous jaws(48 cases with single jaw, 9 cases with complete upper and lower jaws) were selected, and the definitive restorations were made after 6 months of transitional dentures. Results: In 57 cases, the survival rate of implants was 99.6% before the definitive restorations, and the surrounding mucosa of the implant was healthy, and there was no obvious absorption around the implants neck. The changes of bone height were -0.3(-0.4, -0.2) in the upper jaws and -0.2(-0.3, -0.1) in the lower jaws. Conclusion : The immediate loading in complete edentulous jaws can satisfy the aesthetic and transitional masticatory function of the patient. The implant has a high survival rate, and provides a good reference for the determination of occlusal relation in the definitive restoration.
