Abstract:
Objective: To analyze and study the relationship between ALDH2 genotype and type 2 diabetes patients, and to provide evidence for the management of type 2 diabetes. Methods: From February 2014 to September 2017, Haikou Hospital affiliated to Xiangya School of Medicine A total of 104 patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly selected from the healthy examination group. A total of 166 patients in the normal blood glucose control group were enrolled. The ALDH2 gene was collected and compared. The ALDH2 gene was analyzed by CATMOD. Results: ALDH2 in 104 people Gene type 1 (Gl504Glu) has 59 people, blood glucose is 8.9 ± 2.4mmol / L; ALDH2 gene type 2 (Glu504Lys), 33 people, blood glucose is 8.8 ± 1.5mmol / L; ALDH2 gene type 3 (Lys504Lys) has 12 people The blood glucose was 10.1±2.3mmol/L. Conclusion: The genotypes of Glu504Lys and Lys504Lys in healthy and diabetic groups were different, among which the expression of Lys504Lys gene was 8% in healthy group and 12% in Lys504Lys gene in diabetic group. Lys504Lys gene expression in diabetic group The rate is higher than the health group.
