Abstract:
Objective: To observe the effect of combined with Huoxue Huayu Recipe on ER, PR, Survivin and Bcl-2 in Uygur patients after hysteroscopic uterine polypectomy and its relationship with postoperative recurrence. Methods :From March 2016 to December 2017, 123 Uygur patients with bloody endometrial polyps were enrolled in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Chinese Medicine Hospital. The blind method was divided into 62 Chinese medicine group and 61 western medicine group. After the operation, the Chinese medicine group was treated with oral administration of Huoxue Huayu Decoction plus external application Xiaozhengsan. The western medicine group was treated with oral Marvelon for 3 months. The Chinese medicine syndrome scores, ER, PR, Survivin and Bcl-2 expression and the recurrence rate of endometrial polyps after surgery were compared between the two groups. Result:After treatment, the Chinese medicine syndrome score of the Chinese medicine group (5.7±1.53) was lower than that of the Western medicine group (7.2±1.82), and the difference was uniform(P<0.01). After treatment, there was no difference in the expression of EP between the Chinese medicine group and the Western medicine group, while the expression of PR in the Chinese medicine group was higher than that of the Western medicine group. The relative expression of Survivin and Bcl-2 mRNA in the Chinese medicine group was lower than that in the Western medicine group by qRT-PCR. The recurrence rate of endometrial polyps in the Chinese medicine group was 4.8%, which was lower than that in the western medicine group (16.4%), the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion:Oral Huoxue Huayu Recipe plus orally and Xiaozhengsan can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of Uygur EP patients, possibly by correcting the expression of PR, Survivin and Bcl-2, thereby reducing the recurrence of endometrial polyps
