目的: 探究孕妇孕期个性化营养指导在其围产期保健工作中的应用及效果影响。方法:本研究将240例孕妇在门诊分为对照组和研究组,对照组的120例孕妇接受常规产检,健康教育;研究组120例孕妇在对照组的基础上,分别接受个性化营养指导,对比分析两组孕妇体重增长达标情况,剖宫产率以及对母婴结局的影响。结果: 研究组的孕妇整个孕期体重控制的达标情况及母婴结局均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:孕期个性化营养指导的推广显著提高孕妇孕期体重控制达标情况,降低剖宫产率,增加了自然分娩率,明显改善母婴结局。值得推广。 【Abstract】Purpose: To explore the application and effect of personalized nutrition guidance for pregnant women during perinatal health care. Methods: In this study, 240 pregnant women were divided into a control group and a research group in the outpatient clinic. 120 pregnant women in the control group received routine obstetrics and health education; 120 pregnant women in the research group received personalized nutrition guidance ba<x>sed on the control group. Comparative analysis of the two groups of pregnant women weight gain standards, cesarean section rate and the impact on maternal and infant outcomes. CONCLUSION: The pregnant women in the study group achieved better weight control during pregnancy and their mother and infant outcomes were significantly better than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The promotion of personalized nutrition guidance during pregnancy significantly improves pregnant women ’s weight control during pregnancy, reduces cesarean section rate, increases natural delivery rate, and significantly improves maternal and infant outcomes.
