    2 940 nm Erbium fractional laser combined with 595 nm pulsed dye laser andtriamcinolone acetonide for the treatment of hyperplastic scars

    • 摘要: 目的探讨2 940 nm铒点阵激光联合595 nm脉冲染料激光结合水光注射仪导入曲安奈德治疗增生性瘢痕的临床疗效。方法选择2017年9月—2019年12月就诊于徐州医科大学附属医院整形美容中心的增生性瘢痕患者，使用2 940 nm铒点阵激光联合595 nm脉冲染料激光结合水光注射仪导入曲安奈德的方式进行治疗。采用自身病例对照研究对其资料进行回顾性分析。采用温哥华瘢痕量表(VSS)评分对疗效进行判定，并计算患者总体满意率。结果联合治疗后3、6个月VSS评分分别为（4.87±2.28）分、(3.8±1.42)分，与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后6个月对患者进行随访，总满意率为87%，无严重不良反应发生。结论2 940 nm铒点阵激光联合595 nm脉冲染料激光结合水光注射仪导入曲安奈德治疗增生性瘢痕疗效较好，患者满意度高，为治疗增生性瘢痕提供了新的联合治疗方式。

       

      Abstract: ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effectiveness of 2 940 nm erbium fractional laser combined with 595 nm pulsed dye laser and triamcinolone acetonide for the treatment of hyperplastic scars.MethodsPatients with hyperplastic keloid scars who were admitted to Plastic and Reconstructive Center, the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from September 2017 to December 2019 were selected. They were treated with 2 940 nm erbium fractional laser combined with 595 nm pulsed dye laser and triamcinolone acetonide. Their data were retrospectively analyzed based on a self-controlled study. The Vancouver Scar Scale (VSS) score was used to determine the effectiveness, while the overall rate of patient satisfaction was calculated.ResultsThe VSS scores were (4.87±2.28) and (3.8±1.42) for 3 and 6 months after combined treatment, respectively, which were statistically different from those before treatment (P<0.05). The patients were followed up for 6 months after treatment, with an overall satisfaction rate of 87%. No severe adverse effects were reported. Conclusions2 940 nm erbium fractional laser combined with the 595 nm pulsed dye laser and triamcinolone acetonide is effective for treatment of hyperplastic scar, with good patient satisfaction.
