    非编码RNA在糖尿病肾病中的意义及与细胞焦亡关系的研究进展

    Research progress on the significance of non-coding RNAs in diabetic nephropathy and their relationship with cell pyroptosis

    • 摘要: 非编码RNA(ncRNA)在糖尿病肾病(DN)中的研究越来越受到关注。DN是糖尿病中最常见的慢性并发症之一,也是导致糖尿病终末期肾病的主要原因。DN的发病机制复杂,涉及多种病理生理过程。其中,细胞焦亡是DN中重要的分子机制,也是近年来研究的热点之一。细胞焦亡是一种程序性细胞死亡形式,与炎症反应密切相关,其特征是细胞内容物释放和炎性细胞因子的激活。ncRNA在调控细胞焦亡过程中发挥着重要作用,可能是DN治疗的潜在靶点。本文综述ncRNA在DN细胞焦亡调控中的研究进展,并探讨其潜在的治疗意义。

       

      Abstract: Non-coding RNAs (ncRNAs) have gained increasing attention in the study of diabetic nephropathy (DN). DN is one of the most common chronic complications of diabetes and a major cause of end-stage renal disease in diabetic patients. The pathogenesis of DN is complex and involves multiple pathophysiological processes. Among them, pyroptosis is an important molecular mechanism in DN and has become a hot research topic in recent years. Pyroptosis is a form of programmed cell death that is closely associated with inflammatory responses, characterized by the release of cellular contents and the activation of inflammatory cytokines. ncRNAs play a crucial role in regulating pyroptosis and may serve as potential therapeutic targets for DN. This review summarizes the research progress on the role of ncRNAs in regulating pyroptosis in DN and explores their potential therapeutic significance.
