Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the application of round table cognitive therapy in patients with lung cancer chemotherapy.
Methods A total of 58 patients with lung cancer chemotherapy who underwent routine intervention in Wuxi People’s Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University from October 2015 to October 2016 were selected as a control group.Meanwhile,another 58 patients who received round table cognitive therapy from November 2016 to November 2017 were selected as an observational group.Then,both groups were compared for cognitive level,negative emotional changes and clinical satisfaction before and after intervention.
Results After 3 months of intervention,the observation group showed remarkable higher cognitive levels than the control group(
P<0.05).Meanwhile,the observation group also showed marked decreased scores of the Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),compared with the control group(
P<0.05).Improved clinical satisfaction was also found in the observation group,compared with the control group(
P<0.05).
Conclusions Round table cognitive therapy can effectively improve the cognitive level and negative emotions of patients with lung cancer chemotherapy,and improve clinical satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
