    芪黄降糖胶囊联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的疗效及对胰岛素抵抗的影响研究

    Effects of Qihuang Jiangtang capsules combined with metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes and insulin resistance

    • 摘要: 目的 分析芪黄降糖胶囊联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的疗效及对胰岛素抵抗的影响。方法 选取2016年1月—2017年9月于石家庄平安医院治疗的2型糖尿病患者,共96例,其中48例为对照组,给予二甲双胍治疗,另外48例为观察组,除二甲双胍治疗外,还给予芪黄降糖胶囊。分析2组的治疗效果。结果 治疗后,2组中医症状均得以缓解,且与对照组相比,观察组中医症状评分更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血糖指标方面,2组的血糖指标显著下降,且与对照组相比,观察组的血糖指标更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。胰岛素相关指标方面,2组的空腹胰岛素(FINS)水平下降,胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)得以改善,且与对照组相比,观察组的上述指标更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不良反应方面,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 芪黄降糖胶囊有助于缓解2型糖尿病临床症状、控制血糖,并改善患者胰岛素抵抗状态,用药安全。

       

      Abstract: Objective To analyze the effects of Qihuang Jiangtang capsules combined with metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes and insulin resistance. Methods A total of 96 patients with type 2 diabetes who were admitted into Shijiazhuang Ping'an Hospital from January 2016 to September 2017 were included. They were divided into two groups (n=48): a control group treated with metformin and an observation group treated with Qihuang Jiangtang capsules in addition to metformin. The two groups were compared for clinical efficacy. Results After treatment, both groups showed relieved traditional Chinese medicine symptoms, where lower scores were found in the observation group, compared with the control (P<0.05). Meanwhile, both groups presented remarkably reduced blood glucose indicators, where lower blood glucose indicators were detected in the observation group, compared with the control (P<0.05). Furthermore, both groups showed reduced fasting insulin (FINS) levels and improved homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance (HOMA-IR), where lower FINS and HOMA-IR were detected in the observation group, compared with the control (P<0.05). No statistical difference was found in adverse reactions between the two groups (P/i>><0.05). Conclusions Qihuang Jiangtang capsules is helpful to relieve the clinical symptoms of type 2 diabetes patients, control blood sugar, and improve the state of insulin resistance and medication safety.
