    视网膜缺血再灌注损伤机制研究进展

    Research progress on the mechanism of retinal ischemia reperfusion injury

    • 摘要: 视网膜缺血再灌注损伤(retinal ischemia reperfusion injury, RIRI)广泛存在于糖尿病视网膜病变、青光眼、视网膜静脉阻塞以及早产儿视网膜病变等缺血性眼病的病理过程,该病变可造成视网膜功能紊乱,严重影响患者的视力恢复,最终会导致视力损害和视力丧失。深入研究并详细阐明RIRI发生、发展的具体机制,对于视网膜缺血性疾病的防治具有重要的科学价值与临床意义。近年来,有关RIRI的研究逐渐成为眼科领域的研究热点并取得了重要进展。本文结合新近关于RIRI的研究进展,对其作用机制和分子调控网络进行简要综述。

       

      Abstract: Retinal ischemia-reperfusion injury (RIRI) widely exists in the pathological process of ischemic ophthalmopathy such as diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma, retinal vein occlusion and retinopathy of prematurity, which can cause retinal dysfunction, seriously affect the recovery of patients' vision, and eventually lead to visual impairment and loss of vision. The current study introduced the specific mechanisms of RIRI, which is importance and clinical significance for the prevention and treatment of retinal ischemic diseases. In the recent years, RIRI has gradually become a hot spot in the field of ophthalmology and important progress has been made. In this paper, based on the recent research progress on RIRI, their mechanism of action, and molecular regulatory network are briefly reviewed.
