Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing intervention on physiological function and subjective well-being of patients with acute renal failure treated by hemodialysis using cross-theoretical model. Methods 102 patients with acute renal failure who were treated by hemodialysis in our hospital from December 2016 to January 2018 were included in this study. All patients were diagnosed with acute renal failure and were treated by hemodialysis. They were divided into control group and research group by using digital table method. During the treatment, the control group was only given basic nursing intervention. The research group was based on a cross-theoretical model. Continuous nursing measures were formulated to observe and analyze the changes of nutritional status, quality of life, physiological function and subjective well-being of the two groups. Results After treatment and intervention, the nutritional status of the two groups improved, and the SGA and MIS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (p < 0.05). The survey results of the study group confirmed that the average score of the eight dimensions of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and there was no significant difference in the related indicators of renal function between the two groups before treatment, and the serum creatinine of the study group after treatment and intervention. (Cr) and urea nitrogen (BUN) were significantly lower than those of the control group. The results of questionnaire analysis showed that the average scores of self-efficacy, well-being, general situation and self-confidence of the study group were higher than those of the control group, and there was statistical significance between the data groups (p < 0.05). Conclusion Continuous nursing scheme based on cross-theoretical model has high application value in hemodialysis patients with acute renal failure. It can significantly improve the physiological function, subjective well-being and quality of life of patients. It is an effective nursing method and worth popularizing and applying.
