Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effects of multi-role oriented nursing service on the quality of physical examination.
Methods A total of 240 subjects who underwent health examination in Xuzhou Central Hospital from July 2018 to November 2019 were selected. They were randomly divided into two groups (
n=120):an experiment group and a control group. The control group received conventional nursing service for physical examination, while the experiment group was provided with multi-role oriented nursing service. Their quality of physical examination was compared.
Results The experiment group presented remarkable decreases in the whole waiting time and examination time, compared with the control group (
P<0.05). The experiment group reported a significantly reduced incidence of adverse reactions, compared with the control group (
P<0.05).
Conclusions The multi-role oriented nursing service can effectively improve the procedures of physical examination, reduce the adverse reaction during examination, and finally improve examination quality.
