Abstract:
Nano-hydroxyapatite (nHAp) composite is a common nanometer material characterized in good biocompatibility, biofunctional activity and biodegradation, and has been widely used in anti-cancer, repairing and other medical fields. With the development of medicine and tissue engineering, the use of nHAp has increasingly used in stomatology and biomedical materials. This review is to summarize the current studies concerningstomatological tissue engineering, focusing on the characteristics of nHAp, the role of nHApas scaffold material in basic research and the clinical use of nHApin stomatological tissue and to discuss current problems and the direction of future development.
