    胶质芽孢杆菌胞外多糖组分分析、提取工艺及生物活性研究进展

    Research progress on extracellular polysaccharide of Bacillus mucilaginosus: component analysis, extract process and biological activity

    • 摘要: 胶质芽孢杆菌(Bacillus mucilaginosus)是一类普遍散布于矿物中的土壤芽孢杆菌,能够分解土壤中的不溶性硅酸盐物质,释放大量钾离子、镁离子及微量元素进入土壤,作为养分被农作物吸收利用。胶质芽孢杆菌分泌出的胞外多糖(EPS)作为重要的活性物质,因其高产、安全无毒及可增强免疫系统功能等优良性质,逐渐受到人们的关注。本文对EPS的组成成分、提取工艺及功能特性进行综述,旨在为EPS的进一步研究与开发提供参考。

       

      Abstract: Bacillus mucilaginosus is a bacteria commonly found in minerals. It can decompose insoluble silicate substances in soil, and releases a large amount of potassium ion, magnesium ion and other trace elements into soil, which can be used by crops as nutrients. As an important active substance, the extracellular polysaccharide (EPS) secreted by Bacillus mucilaginosus is characterized in high yield, good safe, non-toxicity, and enhancement of the immune system and therefore draws increasing attentions. This paper reviews the components, extract process and functions of EPS, so as to provide references for further research and development of EPS.
