    血液分析仪法血小板计数假性增高因素的探讨与处理

    Analysis of the factors of pseudothrombocytosis by hematology analyzer

    • 摘要: 目的 分析血液分析仪检测血小板计数假性增高的原因,探讨解决办法以准确发放血小板计数报告。方法 回顾分析14例血小板假性增高的病例,对其样本进行血涂片,显微镜下观察血小板数量及分布,光学法(PLT-O)和手工计数法复检血小板。结果 14例样本均为血小板假性增高,血小板直方图均出现异常,血涂片显微镜检查结果与仪器计数结果不符,PLT-O与手工计数法结果的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 血小板直方图异常时,需鉴别是否存在干扰血小板计数的因素,注意镜检,必要时进行PLT-O/特异性荧光染色法(PLT-F)或手工计数,以确保血小板计数结果的准确发放。

       

      Abstract: Objective To analyze the causes of pseudothrombocytosis by hematology analyzer and explore the methods to count platelet accurately. Methods A total of 14 cases of pseudothrombocytosis were retrospective analyzed. All the specimens were used to prepare blood smears and the platelet count and distribution was observed under a microscope. The platelet count was re-examined by PLT-O and manual count. Results All the samples showed pseudothrombocytosis, with abnormal platelet histograms. The results of blood smear by microscopy were inconsistent with instrument counting. There was no statistical difference between the results of PLT-O and manual count(P>0.05). Conclusions When platelet histogram is abnormal, it is necessary to identify the presence of factors that interfere with platelet count, pay attention to microscopy, and perform PLT-O/PLT-F or manual platelet count if necessary, so as to ensure the accuracy of platelet count.
