    代谢组学技术在围术期神经认知障碍中的研究进展

    Research progress on metabonomics in perioperative neurocognitive disorders

    • 摘要: 代谢组学技术是指通过对体液、细胞和组织中的代谢物进行分析得到差异性的代谢物质,寻找其代谢通路的一种高通量、高分辨率的检测技术,是发现生物标志物的重要手段之一。近年来,代谢组学技术已被应用于多种神经退行性疾病的早期筛查,如阿尔茨海默病、多发性硬化等,并能确定与疾病进展相关的代谢变化。最新研究表明,运用代谢组学技术可为围术期神经认知障碍的早期诊断提供新的研究思路。本文就代谢组学在围术期神经认知障碍早期诊断中的作用进行简要综述。

       

      Abstract: Metabonomics is a high-throughput and high-resolution detection technology for screening metabolic pathways through analysis of metabolites in body fluids, cells and tissues. It is usually used as one of the important means to discover biomarkers. In recent years, metabonomics has been applied for early screening of a variety of neurodegenerative diseases, such as Alzheimer's disease and multiple sclerosis, and to identify the metabolic changes associated with disease progression. Recent studies have shown that the application of metabonomics may provide new thoughts for early diagnosis of perioperative neurocognitive disorders. This article reviews the application of metabonomics in early diagnosis of perioperative neurocognitive disorders.
