    脑胶质瘤实验动物模型及研究进展

    Research progress on experimental animal models for gliomas

    • 摘要: 恶性脑胶质瘤是最常见的原发性中枢神经系统恶性肿瘤,对其发病机制及治疗方法的研究离不开可靠的、能够模拟人脑胶质瘤发生发展过程的动物模型。本文就脑胶质瘤动物模型的发展、目前使用最广泛的脑胶质瘤移植瘤动物模型的建立方法以及脑胶质瘤动物模型检测方面的进展进行综述,为研究脑胶质瘤的科研工作者选择动物模型提供参考,推动脑胶质瘤的研究进程。

       

      Abstract: Glioma is the most common primary malignant tumor of the central nervous system. Research on its pathogenesis and treatment is inseparable from experimental animal models that can simulate the pathogenesis of human gliomas. This paper reviews the development of glioma animal models, the methods for establishing the most widely used glioma transplantation animal models, and the progression on the detection methods of glioma animal models. These findings will provide good reference for suitable selection of glioma animal models and stimulate further studies on gliomas.
