    KIF20A在肿瘤中的作用及调控机制研究

    Study on the role and regulatory mechanism of KIF20A in tumors

    • 摘要: 驱动蛋白家族成员20A(KIF20A)是驱动蛋白家族的一员,在有丝分裂过程中负责运输染色体,在细胞分裂中发挥重要作用。现有研究已经证明,KIF20A在多种肿瘤中呈过表达,因此被视为一种极具潜力的肿瘤治疗靶点。KIF20A的高表达与较差的总生存期密切相关。本文首先概述了KIF20A的结构和功能,随后总结了KIF20A在肿瘤中的表达情况及其调控肿瘤的相关机制,最后介绍近年来与KIF20A相关的临床试验结果。这些发现对于肿瘤的临床诊疗具有重要的启示意义。

       

      Abstract: Kinase family member 20A (KIF20A) is a member of the kinase family, which is responsible for transporting chromosomes during mitosis and plays a key role in cell division. Current studies have demonstrated that KIF20A is overexpressed in a variety of tumors and therefore considered a highly promising therapeutic target for tumor therapy. High expression of KIF20A is closely associated with poor overall survival. In this study, we first outline the structure and function of KIF20A, followed by a comprehensive summary of KIF20A expression in tumors and its related mechanisms of tumor regulation. Finally, we present the results of clinical trials related to KIF20A in recent years. These findings are of great importance to improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment of tumors.
