    骨碎补总黄酮对合并缺牙的骨质疏松患者骨碱性磷酸酶、 钙、磷代谢的影响

    Effects of rhizoma drynariae flavones on the metabolism of bone alkaline phosphate, calcium and phosphorus in osteoporosis patients with dental defects

    • 摘要: 目的研究骨碎补总黄酮对合并缺牙的骨质疏松患者血钙、血磷、骨碱性磷酸酶代谢的影响。方法46例合并缺牙的骨质疏松患者随机分为观察组(强骨胶囊治疗组)和对照组(阿仑膦酸钠片治疗组),每组23例。2组患者分别于给药前及给药后1、3、6个月进行血钙、血磷、骨碱性磷酸酶水平检测,并进行统计学分析。结果对照组给药后1个月较观察组血钙水平升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组给药后3个月较对照组血钙水平升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组给药后3个月血钙水平较给药前明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。2组内及组间不同时点血磷水平的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组和对照组的骨碱性磷酸酶水平均随用药时间延长呈现降低趋势,对照组在给药后1个月较给药前显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),观察组在给药后3个月较给药前显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论骨碎补总黄酮能在给药3个月时显著升高合并缺牙的骨质疏松患者的血钙水平,降低骨碱性磷酸酶水平,并随给药时间延长,促进血钙、血磷及骨碱性磷酸酶代谢的平衡及稳定,有利于牙槽骨骨质骨量的改善。

       

      Abstract: ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of rhizoma drynariae flavones on the metabolism of serum bone alkaline phosphate, calcium and phosphorus in osteoporosis patients with dental defects and to understand its effects on bone quality and mass of the alveolar bone. MethodsA total of 46 patients were randomly divided into two groups (n=23): an observation group (Qianggu capsules) and a control group (alendronate sodium). The levels of serum bone alkaline phosphate, calcium and phosphorus were detected before administration, and 1, 3 and 6 months after administration. ResultsCompared with the observation group, the control group showed remarkably increases in serum calcium level one month after administration (P<0.05). Compared with the control, the level of serum calcium was significantly increased for the observation Group three months after administration (P<0.05). Three months after administration, the level of serum calcium was markedly higher than that before administration in the observation group (P<0.01). Furthermore, no statistical difference was found between the two groups at different time points (P>0.05). The levels of serum bone alkaline phosphate were decreased in the two groups with the extension of administration time, and remarkable decreases were found in the control group 1 month after administration (P<0.01) and in the observation group 3 months after administration (P<0.01). ConclusionsRhizoma drynariae flavones can effectively increase the level of serum calcium and decrease the level of bone alkaline phosphate in osteoporosis patients with dental defects after three months of administration, and stimulate the stability of serum bone alkaline phosphate, calcium and phosphorus, which will facilitate the improvement of bone quality and mass of the alveolar bone.
