Abstract:
Objective To investigate the expression of Kif2a , Osteopontin (OPN)protein in breast invasive ductal carcinoma and their clinical significance. Methods T he Kif2a, OPN expression were detected in 95 cases of breast invasive ductal c arcinoma with i mmunohistochemistry method(S-P), and analyzed with patients clinical and pathological features. Results Kif2a, OPN protein were higherly expressed in breast invasive ductal carcinoma(P<0.01). Kif2a, OPN protein expression were positively associated with differentiated grade,TNM stage and lymph nodal involvement (P<0.05). C orrelations were not found with tumour size and age(P>0.05). Kif2a expression was positively associated with OPN * 基金项目,南通市卫生局青年科研基金项目(WQ2014022) * 通讯作者 ,E-mail:zhuyan85129087@163.com expression(P<0.01). Conclusion Kif2a, OPN protein expression in breast invasive ductal carcinoma were positively associated with differentiated grade,TNM stage and lymph nodal involvement(P<0.05), and Kif2a expression was positively associated with OPN expression(P<0.01). It is useful to detect Kif2a, OPN protein expression for evaluating metastatic potential and prognosis of the breast carcinoma
